IMPact SGR S.p.A. is an asset management company which – acting as the management company of World Impact SICAV, a Luxembourg UTICS – promotes and manages the sub-funds of the SICAV as its own range of financial products, marketed in Italy and Luxembourg.
Its offering comprises five equity and bond sub-funds, each built around a sustainability-focused investment strategy: Active Balanced, Global Bond, Sustainable Global Credit, IMPatto Global Equity and IMPatto Italian Equity.
The sub-funds are classified in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 (SFDR) as products which either promote environmental and/or social characteristics (Article 8: Active Balanced, Global Bond) or pursue sustainable investment objectives (Article 9: Sustainable Global Credit, IMPatto Global Equity, IMPatto Italian Equity).
Article 9 sub-funds adopt a listed impact investing strategy, selecting listed issuers whose business model aims to generate a measurable, positive environmental and/or social impact.
