Lucia joined the IMPact team in 2023 as an Impact Research Analyst.
She started her professional career as an intern at Filse SPA, Ligurian Finance for Economic Development, in 2021 where she was in charge of providing grants to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
Lucia holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Economics and Financial Institutions from the University of Genoa and completed a Master’s degree in Sustainable Finance at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
